How are you ensuring the health and safety of guests and staff at The Admiral’s Inn?
We want to assure you that the health and safety of our guests and our staff is our top priority.
A few of the procedures include the addition of hand sanitizing stations throughout all buildings, extra rounds of sanitizing high touch points, fast tracked check-ins with minimal contact and the spraying of rooms with a peroxide multi-surface disinfectant cleaner that has a 99.999% elimination rate and is proven to eliminate the COVID-19 virus in as little as 45 seconds.

Do all guests have access to the amenities?
Yes, regardless of which building you are staying in you will have access to all amenities including the two seasonal heated pools, two seasonal hot tubs, fitness room, dry sauna, guest laundry facilities, fire pit, seasonal poolside patio bar, massage therapy services (available by appointment), conference space and guest lobby.
Are all buildings close to each other on the property?
Yes, The Admiral’s Inn is nestled on three acres of landscaped grounds surrounded by towering pines. All buildings are within walking distance to each other and clear pathways are available between buildings.
Where can I park? How many cars can I bring?
We are pleased to offer free self-parking on the property. Each room comes with one parking spot on-site and you will be given a parking pass at check-in. We are unable to accommodate additional parking spots per room.
Can I leave my car and go to the beach after I check out?
If you would like to continue enjoying the beautiful beaches in Ogunquit on the day of your departure, we would be happy to allow you to leave your car on the property until 2pm on the day, dependent on availability. Please speak to our front desk staff if you wish to do so and they will provide you with a parking pass until 2pm on the day.
Do you offer breakfast?
Yes! Starting on May 7, 2021 you can add breakfast to your stay. Breakfast is $24.99 and designed for 2 people in grab’n’go packaging. Breakfast includes freshly baked pastries from Backyard Coffeehouse & Eatery, yoghurt, homemade granola, fresh fruit, juice & hot coffee. Select the Breakfast Add-On when booking online or call us directly to add to your stay.
Is there a pool at The Admiral’s Inn?
Yes, there are two heated outdoor pools on the property however both pools are now closed until Memorial Day weekend.
Do you offer additional bedding including cots, rollaway beds or pack-n-play?
We do not provide additional bedding such as the above at The Admiral’s Inn. If you have any questions about the number of beds needed for your stay, please contact us directly and our front desk staff will be more than happy to assist.
Do you have laundry on-site?
Yes, we have an on-site self-service laundry facility located in the lower level of the White Rose building.
What kind of equipment do you have in your fitness room?
We are pleased to offer a selection of cardiovascular equipment plus free weights in our fitness room.
Do you have any areas to host events or large groups?
Yes, we have a conference space located in the White Rose building which has hosted a range of activities including corporate meetings and quilting clubs. Please contact us directly to inquire about hosting an event or a large group with us.
Is there free Wi-Fi?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all areas of The Admiral’s Inn.
Where should we eat in Ogunquit?
There is no shortage of great restaurants in this beautiful place by the sea. Restaurants in Ogunquit are open for outdoor and inside dining, using state-approved safety protocols and social distancing; most are continuing to offer take-out, curbside and/or delivery.
For any restaurants that open but do not offer in-house dining we will be providing plenty of outdoor seating on The Admiral’s Inn property for you to enjoy a relaxing alfresco meal after picking up your food.
Our front desk staff is more than happy to provide recommendations and assist with dining options during your stay.
What time is check-in?
Check-in for The Admiral’s Inn is at 3.00pm to give our team extra time to clean, sanitize and disinfect rooms. Check-in is located in the White Rose building at 95 Main Street.
What time is check-out?
Check out is at 11.00am on the day of your departure.
When is the front desk open?
The front desk is open from 8am – 8pm every day.
What is the deposit policy?
A 1 night deposit is required at the time of booking and is charged to the credit card provided with the remainder due at check-in.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you have booked our Advanced Non-Refundable Rate, there will be no refund for canceled reservations.
If you have booked our Standard Rate and find it necessary to cancel or modify your reservation, we require a 7-day notice prior to the check-in date in order to refund your deposit less a $35 fee. If you cancel within 7 days of the arrival date, you will forfeit the deposit.

Which buildings are adults only?
The White Rose building is available for guests 16 and up between Memorial Day and Columbus Day. All other buildings are kid-friendly.
Do you have any ADA compliant rooms?
Yes, we have three ADA compliant King Rooms located on the ground floor of the Terraces building. These rooms have king beds and over-sized bathrooms featuring a roll-in shower and handrails.
Which buildings are best for families?
The rooms in the Terraces are ideal for families as most rooms feature two Queen Beds and a large marble top vanity and sink separate from the bathroom. (The additional rooms in the Terraces are our ADA Compliant King Rooms which each feature one King Bed.)
If you are looking for more space with your family or are traveling in a larger group we also recommend the Cottage which is available as a full house on the property.
Are there any smoking rooms?
All rooms at The Admiral’s Inn are non-smoking and smoking is not permitted on balconies in the White Rose building or outdoor seating areas adjoining the rooms in the Terraces building.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we now have several dog-friendly rooms at The Admiral’s Inn. These are located in the Terraces building and all rooms have 2 queen beds. Our dog-friendly rooms must be booked directly by calling 207 646 7093. A dog fee of $35 per night will apply. Dogs are not allowed at The Admiral’s Inn unless approved, failure to comply will incur a fee.
How far are you from the beach?
We are a leisurely 12-minute walk to Ogunquit Beach. The path is well signposted and on a sidewalk alongside the main road.
The beaches in Ogunquit are open with social distancing requirements.
How far are you from town?
We are 500 yards from the center of the town making The Admiral’s Inn a very accessible vantage point from which to explore all that beautiful Ogunquit has to offer.
